Reflections 2022-2023

 This year's theme is:

Reflections is a National PTA Art Program that focuses on positive recognition and is centered around a specific theme each year.

Virtual submissions via email are welcome!

By participating in Reflections children explore their artistic side and benefit from creative expression in one or more of the six categories.

• Entry forms and category information sheets can be found at this link or in Mrs. Mauldin’s room #101.
  
  
• A parent must be a member of the PTA for a student to enter. (membership information)
  
  
• All entries will be due to Mrs. Mauldin by Friday, October 21, 2022.
  
  
• All participating students will be recognized during a 2023 PTA meeting.

Categories Included:

• Dance Choreography - Original dance choreographed by the student.
  
  
• Film Production - Original work of fiction or non-fiction in animation, narrative, documentary, experimental, computer-generated, or multimedia.
  
  
• Literature - Fiction or non-fiction in prose, poetry, drama, reflective essay, or short story.
  
  
• Music Composition - Original composition using voice and/or instruments in a cappella, blues, choral, country, hip hop, jazz, Latin, orchestral, pop, R&B, rock, or any other style.
  
  
• Visual Arts - Original print, drawing, painting, collage, metal etching or punch work, fiber work, or computer-generated artwork.
  
  
• Photography - Original photograph in black-and-white or color.
